Frugal frontiers

Among the many benefits of using solar powered Direct Current (DC) is the ability to use much smaller (less costly) battery banks and no inverter - massive savings!. Relatively small (less costly) solar PV arrays are required to run DC devices. Solar powered DC certainly delivers in the areas of frugality and efficiency.

At Solar Jooce one of our goals is to help regular people stretch every penny in tough environments. If a large inverter battery bank falls outside your budget, you can opt for Direct Current (DC) appliances and scale down to a single appropriately sized battery! No inverters needed with DC!!

Solar Jooce continues to stay active in the primary healthcare arena . Our interventions there empower healthcare professionals who often work under impossible conditions. Solar Jooce proudly embraces #GenderEmpowerment and gender #Mainstreaming to enable women within beneficiary communities acquire basic solar electric skills in order to support their communities with the #Solar4TheMasses campaign.
